Marisol Martinez

Marisol Martinez, is a dedicated and bilingual Latina Early Childhood Education professional who embodies the immigrant experience and brings deep cultural awareness, empathy, and resilience to her work with children and families. Holds multiple early childhood credentials, including Preschool and Infant–Toddler Certifications, a Technical Diploma in Early Childhood Education, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Pedagogy, with an Associate Degree in ECE currently in progress. Experienced in Head Start and 4K DPI classrooms, supporting infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children through inclusive, play-based, and developmentally appropriate practices. Skilled in fostering social-emotional, cognitive, language, and motor development for children ages 0–5, with specialized experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, and diverse learning needs.

Currently a doula in training and an active member of Roots4Change (R4C), integrating a holistic, family-centered, and trauma-informed lens that strengthens partnerships with culturally and linguistically diverse families. Committed to creating safe, nurturing environments that honor children’s identities, promote equity, and support whole-family well-being.
